Wispas -the forgotten chocolate bars

Wispas -the forgotten chocolate bars launched in 1983 and then inexplicably discontinued. Where have they gone?

For those who have never had a Wispa they are like normal Aeros but with smaller bubbles and nicer chocolate. They came in a pleasing trapezium style bar.

Who axed them? I want to know. Rumour has it that certain ancient vending machines in the depths of civic buildings still contain the holy grail of an in-date Wispa. Please report any findings to this website.

  1. What did happen to Wispas?

There are a many chocolate bars which should have been axed before taking Wispas out…

  2. Neswflash!

Wispas have been re-launched! Due to the inordinate amount of pressure being exerted by Generation Y, through websites like Popular-Nostalgia.com, the venerable Wispa has returned to Britain’s sweet shop shelves.

I did e-mail Cadbury to ask what had happened to Wispas and they simply said they didn’t know what and they gave no inkling that they were about to re-launch the brand.

  3. It’s true! I had one the other day! It was possibly the happiest of my life.

  4. OH BOY DAIRY MILK BUBBLE GOT NEW PACKAGING
