The A-Team
In 1972 a crack commando unit was sent to prison by a military court for a crime they didn’t commit. These men promptly escaped from a maximum security stockade to the Los Angeles underground. Today, still wanted by the government, they survive as soldiers of fortune. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them, maybe you can hire the A-Team.
Best loved for their cheeky chap antics and never failing to use fancy dress as “Masters of Disguise”, the A-Team were the worst crack commando team that the US has ever seen but they do make some excellent explosions.
Mr T has since revived his career riding the wave of Generation Y nostalgia through Snickers adverts.
My favourite episode was a re-run that I watched recently of the A-Team stealing a fire engine. But mainly I remember that they blew a lot of things up on a Saturday afternoon -what more could anyone want?
