Hi -

I currently work with Mr M and can assure everyone that he is still very much alive, still in great shape and as fit as ever ! He still gets involved in many public roles and has recently helped the MS Trust by working on a DVD for their charity. Mr M. lives in Jamaica.
I totally agree that Mr M was a major motivational influence on our lifestyles back in the 1990's and this is what is missing today - we have no one to do this for us !
If you all want Mr Motivator back on TV then write to the MD of GMTV or indeed any other TV stations and tell them what you want to see !

Oh, yes, but One Old Man perferred the Green Goddess and we even bought him a green exercise outfit (not quite a shellsuit, same era) and her exercise book for Christmas... it didn't work, but he enjoyed it.
